2009 - 2014 Ford F150 - oil change interval - on my 2011 f150 with the 5.0 v8 the manual says to follow the oil life monitor for oil change schedule. right now i have 7500kms on the oil and it says 60% oil life remaining. but the dealer insists because i live in canada the interval is still every 8000kms just like the 10000 miles is the recommended interval, although it would be advised to change it slight more often than that as the turbocharger also depends on the engine oil for lubrication and cooling. Oil, S reg should be 10W/40 i believe. Get some decend ones and it will be fine. Phil
