It probably takes an hour to do the oil change on a BMW F650GS single. That is the worst design ever. It has a separate oil tank hidden under a three piece cover in the normal fuel tank location, a crappy bash plate that needs removing, and an oil filter that when removed covers the engine in dirty oll.
BMW only sells one type of antifreeze (as far as I can tell) for both their bikes and cars. I picked up a jug at my local BMW car dealer for what I thought was a reasonable price. Your local moto dealer would also be happy to sell you a jug too I'm sure. Either way, from my research, "BMW GS 94000" is the type your looking for.

(They also help quite a bit during the valve shim change getting the cam chain tensioner bolt out.) The rubber hose is real oil hose, not the off-the-shelf-stuff at AutoZone people tend to use for the "oil line mod". (My first splice-in hack mod kinked a while back causing all sorts of havok, and the non oil stuff swells and leaks.)
